Apple shouldn't have to open the iPhone. The FBI may be able to order the company to open the phone, but Apple doesn't have the technology currently available to do such a thing. Apple would have to create a new code that breaks into their own software in order to find out if there is even anything on the phone. The government shouldn't interfere with people's lives. If the government had solid evidence that there is something on the phone then it could en a different situation, but now it is just speculating that the expense of the privacy and security of the American citizens. Therefore we should not risk the release of private credit card information, messages and potential hackers to break into our phones. We need to protect the privacy of the American people. Do not force Apple to open the phone!!

I completely agree with everything Katie has stated in the post above. Though I don't think it would take much effort for one of the best technology in the world to build a back door in their own OS considering they have root access to it. That being said I don't think they should be made to make a backdoor in a world where it is already hard enough keeping things out of hackers hand let alone giving them a potential way in.
