The FBI in demanding Apple make a backdoor for their product is also asking to allow them to invade the privacy of millions of iPhone users. This backdoor could potentially allow the FBI to access any iPhone without the knowledge of the owner which is a violation of our natural right to privacy. If there is no way to tell if they are using the backdoor there are no re-precautions which causes a slippery slope of when it is proper to use this technology, today it might be ok to use it in order to track down a terrorist, but without re-precautions whats to say an FBI executive might not use it to find out what some one in his life is involved in for personal gain or maybe using it on CEO's phones in order to have financial gains in stocks. Not to mention the as said before security risk it poses for hackers that would be willing to infiltrate the government for the same information as i stated before that a FBI official might be able to obtain.

I agree with you Jayce. This ability can quickly escalate to criminal levels.

I agree completely. It doesn't make sense to compromise our security for our future.

I agree. the FBI can find another way to access the information they need instead of trying to use the backdoor.

I also agree, the FBI does not have the right to take away our rights as American citizens.
