The least important amendment in the Bill of Rights is the 18th Amendment. The 18th Amendment established prohibition in the United States. It was put in place on January 16, 1919 and repealed by the 21st Amendment in 1933. And the second is the quartering of troops i don't think during anytime of war against any country in any circumstances that the military will every ask or need to house troops with regular civilians this amendment isn't something that's thought about very often

Ah, another 18th Amendment but at least you clarified your argument by establishing its repeal with the 21st Amendment. However, while the 3rd may not seem that important or relevant, it's because the premise of that amendment has been adhered to without fail since its ratification.
Also, you did not comment on two other classmates posts.
