To me one of the least important amendments is the Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Why, because we should be allowed to search someone's home knowing that there might be some type of illegal activities going on at the time. But if we wait to late then they have a chance of destroying the evidence that might play and huge role in the case. I believe that it would be a great help to our local law enforcements to help change the things going on in our communities.
The second amendment that I feel that is least important is the Amendment VIII.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. Some criminals deserve to be beaten behind closed doors. Think of those mean that kill innocent children for no reason, the only punishment they receive is time in prison. Some people may change after time to think about what they done. But I feel as if they were beaten bad enough they would feel a different way.
The last amendment that I feel that is least important to me is the Amendment VI.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense. In my opinion I think that if this wasn't in the Bill of Rights it would help slow down the process to get more witnesses and more evidence that would help strengthen the case so that it wouldn't be no flaws in it.
